The first step involves treatment of the mucosa tissue (muscle inside the mouth) to stimulate new collagen and collagen contraction. The effects are tightening of the cheeks, diminishing of the nasolabial fold and reduction of wrinkles around the mouth. Skin will show improvement of elasticity along with a plumping effect, much like a filler.
FRAC3® – Rejuvenation
The second step uses a three-dimensional treatment, which targets deeper imperfections to repair and restore a youthful skin with a fractional laser. Using FRAC3, surrounding tissue remains unaffected, allowing quicker healing and less downtime compared to conventional fractional treatments.
PIANO® – Skin Tightening
The third step allows laser energy to be delivered deep in to the dermal layers of the skin while sparing the epidermis. It will boost tightening effect for areas experiencing skin laxity while deliver energy in to the dermis and sub dermis subcutaneous layer.
SupErficial™ – Light Peel
The final step is completed with a very light Erbium laser peel to clear away the superficial imperfections on the skin surface. This treatment removes dead skin cells to promote a healthy grow as well as reduce imperfections by using Fotona’s propriety VSP technology.

Typically one complete FOTONA 4D treatment gives immediate visible improvement and can last from 1-2 months.
